National Park Homes Council (NPHC) is the specialist
representative body for the residential Park Home industry.
Amongst their many initiatives is the NPHC
Quality Award, designed to promote those residential
parks that demonstrate particularly high levels of professionalism
in design, safety, park management and care of residents. Many
award winning parks are also members of the Independent
Housing Ombudsman giving extra peace of mind.
NPHC also administer the industry's Gold Shield 10
Year Warranty Scheme for park homes which provides
park home owners with a free 10 year structural warranty on Gold
Shield registered parks.
